1. Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the backpack must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package and include the original invoice inside.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned backpack, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including backpacks that show signs of use or are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
